lemon eucalyptus secreting oil

My Lemon Eucalyptus tree secretes lots of oil when it sheds its bark. The leaves also appear to have something making tiny holes in them. Are these two thing signs of disease?

From my research the bark shedding and oil is common and the trees natural growth.

It can increase if the tree is growing quickly and is growing in rich soil.

The small holes in the leaves is likely some insects feeding on the tree leaves.

You may want to have a professional Arborist inspect the tree to see if treatment is needed.
