Q.My Large Rowan Tree Was Felled About 3 Years Ago. The Stump Remained

It is common for sprouts to grow on tree stumps. Fast-growing trees will often regrow into a new tree. However, the tree will likely be multi-trunked with long, wild branches, susceptible to storm damage.
