My Lambert Cherry Tree

My cherrry tree is loaded with cherries, but they seem to be all pits and very little meat around the pit. They are starting to turn red. Can you help?

There is nothing you can do for them this year. This happens when the tree is under stress and correcting it now will not fix it for this year, but will make sure that it does not happen for next year. There are many things that can stress a plant. The most common is lack of water, pests or fungus.

Try increasing water to the tree and treat it with both a fungicide and a pesticide. This should hit the source of the stress and result in better fruit next year.
