Jasmine should really be planted in a location where it is protected from damaging winds to reduce moisture loss and minimize broken growth (Did your vines break or snap during the wind?). If this area is a regular windy zone, you may want to rethink keeping your jasmine vines there.
Sometimes wilting leaves are a sign of over/under-watering. Are the leaves discolored in any way? Have you been watering your jasmines? Does the soil look or feel dry around your jasmine vines? If so, I would recommend that you water them. The soil should be kept evenly moist, not soggy.
Is your jasmine planted in a sunny or partly shaded location? All jasmine plants prefer sun to light shade sites.
Are there any signs of insect pests? Sometimes they cause jasmine vines to not look so healthy.
