My Jasmine Is Very Green But Never Flowers!

I live in Spain, lots of sun for most of the year, l planted the jasmine outside, south-south east facing, protected in a corner, now over a year ago an although it has grown, is green and leafy it has never flowered! I have even taken a cutting and planted it nearby, this too is flourishing…but still now flowers. Any ideas pls….

Usually, this is caused by too much nitrogen, and not enough phosphorus and potassium! Try adding these to the soil to offset any extra nitrogen.
