My Japanese Maples Are Struggling.

Question

My Japanese Maples are struggling. There are less leaves and did not produce many flowers. The bark has some cracking and these marks on them. Please advice what I can do. Thank you in advance.

Uh-oh. That looks like bacterial wet wood! There isn't a whole lot that can be done, but if you take a few steps, then you can mitigate the disease.
