My I house money tree is Oozing some sticky liquid

My money tree is oozing some sort of gummy or sticky liquid and it’s full grown leaves are dropping and getting yellow. How do I save my tree? Thanks

This is likely from a pest infestation.
Treat with Neem Oil.
