My Hydrangea Won’t Bloom Completely, What Should I Do?

Question

It gets morning sun and afternoon shade. I water it every day. It didn’t do well in a less sunny spot, so I moved it to this spot two years ago. My other plants seem share some fungus problems, I am not sure what it is for this hydrangea.

You don't need to water it every day. Try watering less, but more deeply. They should receive about 1 inch of water a week. Here is more:
