Q.My Hydrangea Still Has Sticks And All Growth Has Come From The Ground. No Blooms In 2 Years. What To Do Next? Live In Nova Scotia

It did have two blue blooms on it approximately two years ago and hasnt bloomed since. Need to know how, when to prune, fertilizer, etc

This, likely, has everything to do with your climate, and the type of hydrangea that you have purchased. Likely, your hydrangea flowers on old wood, which will die back every year that far North. In this case, there is never any old wood to flower. Extra protection will need to be applied to the roots and branches in winter to keep them alive.
