husband ordered rose seeds from Japan

We’ve never grown roses from seed and find lots of conflicting advice. Could you give us a step by step to germinating with a time line we could anticipate?

Usually the rose seeds one gets from Japan and China, etc... Are fakes and come from folks trying to steal our money. Many are weed seeds, some other plant seeds or even wood pellets.
