My Hibiscus is Leggy

My hibiscus is very leggy and out of control. What do I do with those leggy branches? Do I cut them? Should I string them to the celling and let it keep growing?

Legginess is often due to insufficient light. You should give the plant more light and prune it back as well. This article will help: [1]
