My Hosts Plants Leaves Are Turning Brown On The Edges And Will Not Grow.

I just got it this spring. I planted it in a pot a little bit bigger I. Ordered to give room to grow. It did a little but has now stopped frowning for several months now. Plus the leaves are turning brown around the edges like they are lacking water or sun damaged. But I keep the hosta in complete shade.

It could be an anthracnose infection. Remove all the leaves with spots and dying edges to the trash. Apply a fungicide on the healthy leaves to protect them. These articles should help:
