My Honeysuckle Has Aphids. After 3-4 Years, I\\\’m Wondering If I Replace The Honeysuckle Will The Aphids Return?

I have two other honeysuckles, they are unaffected.

Yes, they will return. It will be much easier to treat the aphids, than it will be to replace the plant, only to have them return to treat again.
