My Hibiscus Potted Plant Leaves Have Discoloration

What does it mean when the big green leaves have some yelowish discoloration in them and have some little holes in them? Not all the leaves are like that. I also have it in my covered patio. Does it need to have more sunlight? I feel like I give it too much water. I live in Phoenix, AZ so our summers are very hot, so I keep it out of the direct sunlight.

Some yellowing is normal on a hibiscus, but if you feel this is alot, this article will help you pinpoint what might be causing it for your plant:

The holes could be from a fungus (which might also cause yellow leaves) or pests. I would treat the plant with neem oil. It is organic and kills both fungus and pests that might be on the plant. This article will help:
