hibiscus plant leaves keep turning yellow

Why are my hibiscus plant leaves turning yellow? I tested the soil and it’s slightly on the acid side, which I’m told they like. I fed once with Miracid. I use a water meter and I don’t water it if the meter doesn’t say dry or almost dry. We have had a lot of rain and my plant is in the ground. I still have blooms but losing at least 10 leaves per day. What am I doing wrong? Please help!
