My hibiscus plants have blister like bubbles on the backsides of the leafs and the flower buds drop off before blooming. What caus

es this? The blister must turn into some sort of insect but never see them. The leaves start to have wholes after the blisters disappear. Also the flower buds drop off before blooming

It appears that your hibiscus may have microscopic mites on the leaves. Remove the most infested leaves. Contact your local extension agent for a miticide that is approved for home use.
