My Hibiscus Has Black Spot and Leaves Yellowing

Please tell me how to treat black spot and some yellowing leaves on my hibiscus. The one nearby is thriving – just five feet away!

Black spot fungus can be treated with a fungicide. As a safety precaution, I would treat the other plant too, just in case the fungus spreads. If the yellow leaves continue, this article will have other suggestions:
