Q.Potted hibiscus dying

pmire63 added on May 28, 2012 | Answered

My hibiscus are dying. The leaves turn yellow then drop off. They are in pots. Watering is not the problem and I feed the Super Bloom. Also, I went to bed and woke up to a plant completely stripped of the leaves and branches. I had that happen last year to two of my plants. I have grown hibiscus for 10 yrs and never experience the problems I am having this year.

It is possible that slugs could be getting to your plant. They come out at night. If this is the case, this article should help: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/plant-problems/pests/facts-about-slugs-and-how-to-kill-garden-slugs.htm
