Q.My Hardy Fuchsias Badly Hit By Frost This Year Are A Mass Of Dead Leaves.
There is no new growth yet. Will pruning to ground level work or will I have to buy new?

They normally do die to the ground in winter. Wait till all chances of frost have passed before cutting it back. If the roots are still alive it should regrow. Give them till June before you give up.
