Grapevines Have These Little Tiny Like Droplets All Over

My grapevines have these little tiny like droplets all over. They look like little crystal balls. What are they? These are Red Table grapes growing in San Jose, California.

These are referred to as 'Pearl Glands'.
They are comprised of sugars and proteins from the grapevine and serve as a food source for ants, which in turn is beneficial to the plants.

Do not spray to rid the plant of these.
