Q.pink colored stuff on grape vine
My grape vine has a pink colored group of something coming from it in about four or five spots. The closest leaf to this group also has these pink round things on the leaf. Thinking it might be some kind of spider nest.

Hard to tell with this description.
Is it insects or damage from an insect or bug?
Is it sticky, powdery or web like?
Is it a malformation in the plant itself?
