Q.My freesias fall over in the rain. Is there anything I can do to prevent this?

Preventing this may require sinking some stakes nearby (but not close enough to harm the tubers) and using a strip of soft fabric to tie them up, or just building some kind of protection around them. Perhaps this article will help:
