My Forsythia bush is dying off

My Forsythia is 2 yrs. old. Flowered this spring but the leaves started to die off soon after. I pruned the branches back but it is still dying. Any suggestions?

Here’s an article on general points of forsythia card: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/ornamental/shrubs/forsythia/forsythia-shrub-care.htm [1]
Forsythia are touch and generally disease free. Check the soil drainage and amount of water – boggy conditions can definitely cause weakness and dieback. Also too much shade could do it.
