My Dwarf Coconut’s Leaves Are Yellow And Fronds Not Looking Very Healthy. Its Been In The Ground For 4 Years.

I know they are a yellow looking palm but it is just looking very sick. I have checked for ants and the PH is about 6. I have treated it with Boron and Magnesium also seasol and fertilised it regularly. The Palm next to it is really healthy looking. thank you
