My Devils Backbone Lost All Of Its Leaves, But Is Blooming White Flowers. Is This Normal?

Some of branches are white and some are green. Just want to know if it will have leaves again.

They do, naturally, experience a dormancy through winter. This will, likely, resolve itself in the coming months. Otherwise, it could be stress from overwatering, or too much sun. I would suspect watering to be more of an issue, though. It is necessary to let them dry out, at least, down to 1/3 of the container, between waterings. They do not tend to like to remain moist. This is, especially, true through dormancy.
