Q.My Dessert Rose Get Buds, But Won’t Open.my Other One Is 6 Ft Away And Opens Fully. What Am Idoing Wrong?

The first thing that I would do is have your soil tested. This will reveal any deficiencies that you may have in the area. If the test shows normal nutrient levels, then you may have to look at lighting. It could be that one receives more light than the other, due to shading.
