Desert rose sprouts

My desert rose has two sprouts coming out of it and they look like green beans. I am wondering if they have seeds in them. It is also blooming for the second time this year on only one branch. I love the delicate flowers that bloom. If the sprouts are seeds, how do I use them?

If the bean-looking things are brownish and hanging from the branches, those would be seed pods. If they’re green and growing up from the ground, with little leaves at the end, those would be the germinated seeds. The seeds germinate quite easily, and would make a fun project.
