My cycad has moths which have eaten the leaves.

Can you recommend a spray?
Also, if I cut off the eaten fronds, will they grow again?

You should not cut off any growth. They will self clean when it is finished bringing nutrients back into the main trunk. Cutting off anything from this plant can further exacerbate the problem. The only thing that will protect them here will be heavier insecticides or systemics. Systemic pesticides remain inside the plant. This will protect them for longer periods of time. In time, they can recover, but they will never recover back to before the damage.
