Q.my crepe myrtle tree has not started to leaf out
My crepe turtle tree is still bare of leaves. We had new sod put in and had to water for 30 days. Could it have gotten too much water?

Yes, your tree very well have had too much water.
Wait and see approach and allow the soil to dry out is my best advise.
