Crape Myrtle Trees

Q.My crape myrtle is in poor health. Half has leaves, half doesn’t. What do I do?

My crape myrtle isn’t leafing out fully. Not sure how to fix it….

You can prune out the dead wood. Cut it off at the base of the plant. Did you have a bad winter? You are right on the edge of its hardiness zone. Here are more possibilities:
