Climbing Jasmine Plant

My Jasmine plant was looking great and just all of a sudden in the last week or two, the leaves started turning yellow and just falling off.

Watering issues can cause the leaves to yellow and drop off.

Check the soil, it should be moist but never soggy.
Also look for signs of pests or disease, yellowing leaves could also be due to these issue.
