Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comI am growing a citrus collection and there is a sticky substance on all the leaves, as though the plants are sweating. I also notice tiny little brown spots, like freckles up and down the limbs as well as underneath the leaves. Is that a pest or disease, and what should I do about it?
