My citrus trees are covered in little white bugs and large larvae

I think I may have a thrip infestation, but I am not certain. I have tried Neem oil, but it doesn’t help with these little pests. I would love advice on how to get rid of them.

I don’t normally recommend products, but in this case you are going to need something that I know will work. FoxFarm makes a product called Force of Nature: Miticide. It comes in either ready to use spray, or concentrate. It is very broad spectrum and organic. It will take care of your insect problems now and in the future, while being perfectly safe for all plants.
