My Christmas pepper plant

I started Christmas pepper plants from seeds 3 months ago. 2 are still alive in pot.They look good, green & healthy, but aren’t growing anymore! They’re are staying only about 3 inches tall,5-6 leaves! I keep them inside, im in Arkansas, its cold here, i put them in sunny window during day. Have used Miracle Grow twice.

If you can put pictures here I will be better able to help you. What size pots are these in? if it is still a small pot, then this may be your problem. Make sure the container is at least two gallons to ensure proper root growth room.
