Q.My Chinese Lantern plant

Zone 4122 | Anonymous added on February 13, 2017 | Answered

I would like to find out why my Chinese Lantern has a white creamy substance on the stems. Could you tell me what this is and how do I get rid of this?

This is likely due to an infestation of Mealybug.

You can treat the plant with Neem Oil.
