My Chamomile Dried On The Plan

Can Chamomile flowers be used it they have dried while still on the plant. Mine dried in the garden.

You can try them, but I suspect most of the oils were lost. Chamomile flowers should be harvested at their peak before the petals droop, that is when the oils are highest. Here is more:
