My Camelia Has Never Bloomed. It Is Very Healthy & Grows Every Year but No Blooms.

Check the growing conditions with the information in the articles below.
You also may want to do a soil test. Excess nitrogen will inhibit flowering but give a nice green healthy plant.
Your County Extension Office can help with a soil test for a few dollars.
Correcting excessive nitrogen can be done with an addition of phosphorous, Bone Meal is a good way to do this.
