Calla Lilies

My Calla Lilies have one bloom left but it’s not really a bloom. It is full of closely packed pieces of something, not sure what and quite heavy for the rest of the plant. What is it and what do I do with it? Thanks.

Your plant has produced a seed pod.

You can remove it or harvest the seeds.
