Q.My Burro’s Tail Has Purple Stems And Leaves. What’s Wrong

burro’s tail is not the green it used to be; now white and purple color; what am I doing wrong?

Did you suddenly move it outside to full sun? It sounds like sunburned leaves. When moving pots outside, always "harden them off" by exposing them gradually to the new conditions.
Keep an eye on it to be sure it doesn't develop soft spots. That would mean rot and you'd want to remove those.
