Q.My Bobo Hydrangea Blooms Are Not Blooming At The Top
I live in western pa. We have been having 90 degree weather for several weeks with little rain. I have been watering every several days. The blooms are not opening on the ends and they seem to have brown spots on them like dried bugs. Last year I had full beautiful blooms earlier than this year.

I am seeing signs of bacterial infection. Make sure that the soil dried, completely, down to about 2 or 3 inches between watering. This top soil layer is prone to bacterial and fungal infections from staying too moist for too long without a dry out period.
Depending on your soil type, the soil can appear dry on top but still wet just a little deeper.
