Q.Blue Plumbago is not blooming

It bloomed last year. It stayed green through the winter. I kept it covered when freezing weather was predicted. We have had a lot of rain. What should I feed it?

There are lots of reasons a plant might not bloom. You can try giving it some phosphorous heavy fertilizer or bone meal if you suspect that nutrition is the problem. This article will cover some other possibilities:
