Q.My Black Bat Plant Has 2 New Leaves But They Are Both Curling And Warped.
I cannot detect any infestation. I only received it a month ago and repotted it.

Be sure the soil is very well draining. Orchid soil is often used. The brown edges on the leaves indicate a humidity or watering problem. Soil should be kept moist but not saturated. Humidity should be high. You can mist the leaves regularly with water to raise the humidity or set the pot on a tray of pebbles filled with water.
Also, since you repotted, there could be some transplant shock going on. Follow these growing tips and it should perk up:
