My Bittergourd Leaves Are Turning Yellow With Brown Spots (the Older Leaves Mainly) How Can I Fix This?

It has started fruiting maybe it lacks nutrients? I live in Singapore Also it’s my first time growing bittergourd and I don’t really know when to harvest my bittergourd.. some tips would really help!

It could be a nutrient problem, which could be detected with some tools.
