My Beautiful Cannas Started Folding Inside the Leaves & (Last Yr )

I slide my nail down to open & each one has tons of tincy black bugs. My husband started pulling them from every garden, as last year they infected my gardens. What can I do to keep a few disease free? Thank you.

I would suggest an all-purpose insecticide or neem oil. Follow package directions.
