Q.My apricot tree is beautiful, but not producing fruit.

Zone 93405 | sstanley added on May 8, 2019 | Answered

It has been untended for several years, can a tree just go wild and not need to produce fruit? I have trimmed the very highest shoots, and had several blossoms, and they have fruited, but never matured. Any hints would be helpful.
