Q.My Aloe Vera’s Leaves Are Drying Out!!
Hello all, I am worried about my Aloe vera!!! It has brown sunken spots all over the leaf, for now are just a few, but it seems like this is increasing, also the upper part of the leaves are drying out. From what I have read it looks like is Alternaria spot leaf, but I am not completely sure and don’t really know what to do. My questions are: 1. What exactly it is? (Picture attached) 2. Prevention and treatment 3. After treatment will it be secure to use the gel? 4. It is placed in a good location? (Picture attached) I will kindly appreciate any advice, as the general state of my aloe vera is getting worse.

It sounds like something is affecting the roots and preventing water uptake to the upper leaves.
If you haven't already, repot in new cactus potting soil in a clean pot. Inspect the roots for mushy, brown spots and remove them. Replant.
On the aloe, cut out any sunken, brown spots. They should heal over.
