No flowers on allspice

My allspice tree is in a very large pot and has numerous fragrant leaves. No flowers. How do I get it to produce allspice? It is three years old, grows well but not a flower or seed pod. What do I do?

Check the growing conditions with the article below.
Also you may have to much Nitrogen in the soil.
You can add a Phosphorous rich fertilizer such as Bone Meal to promote flowering.
