Q.My adult jade rotted off at soil level. I trimmed the wrap off and it has survived three weeks in water . What’s next? Repotting?

Cut off several stems to propagate. Since it's a succulent, you need to get it out of the water. Let your stems air dry for about 3 days so the cut end can callous over. Then pot them up in soil designed for cacti.
