Q.My 20+ Year Old Miss Kim Lilac Has Become Sparse And Barely Blooms. Can I Cut Back, Add Lime (natural Soil Is Acidic) Or Something

else? This is the last of four lilac bushes, all of which did worse over time and have been removed. This one received the most sun, but does not get full sun – likely because area trees have filled in. Should I just remove it and find a new spot?

If the tree does not get full sun anymore, you may want to replace it. If you haven't been pruning, give it a trim after it blooms and see if that helps. Since it is grafted, I wouldn't cut it to the ground. Here is more:
