Mushrooms in outdoor pots with herbs

From my reading, it sounds as though these are yellow “leuco…. I did not get the full name.

While I read that they are poisonous, they are in my precious basil and parsley pots. Are the herbs poisonous?

No, it doesn’t poison the herbs. Most mushrooms that crop up in plants are just from the rotting compost. You can find fungal plant ID websites to help you out.
